Medication Managment

I take a current and evidence-based approach to utilizing psychopharmacology in my practice. Educating patients on their options, along with both benefit and risk is an imperative part of my role.

Individual Therapy

At Peak Mental Health, I provide individual therapy to help you overcome mental health challenges and improve your overall wellbeing. I use a eclectic approach that is individualized for each client and combination of solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.

Diagnosis and Evaluation 

Our first 1-2 sessions will involve a in-depth evaluation in order to best identify and understand your unique needs. You will then be presented with a treatment plan and options based on this assessment.

Telehealth Services

Remote and convenient services offered through a secure telemedicine platform. As a shift worker for over a decade, I understand that the usual 9-5, Monday-Friday does not work for everyone. I offer weekend and evening appointment hours.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that is licensed in the state of Washington. I have been in healthcare for the last ten years in various clinical and leadership roles. I hold degrees in both psychology and advanced nursing.
